At Brandcart.co.ke, we are committed to getting your new mobile, TV, fridge, or washing machine to you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible across Kenya.

 

1. Shipment Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EAT will begin processing on the following business day.

  • High Volume Periods: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during sale periods like Black Friday), shipments may be delayed by a few extra days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the processing of your order.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Kenya)

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the delivery zone and the size/weight of the appliance.

 

A. Major Metropolitan Areas (Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret)

Nairobi & Environs KES 1,500 for all Major Appliances. Next Business Day (within 24 hours of dispatch).
Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret KES 3,500 for all Major Appliances. 1-2 Business Days

 

B. Upcountry/Remote Areas (Rest of Kenya)

 

  • Zone 2 (Towns/Counties Near Nairobi): KES [1,500 - 5,500]. Delivery 2-3 Business Days.

  • Zone 3 (Remote Regions): KES [3,000+] or Calculated at Checkout. Delivery 3-5 Business Days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day the order is placed.

 

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

 

 

A. Shipment Confirmation

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (or SMS) containing your tracking number(s) and the name of the courier service.

 

B. Tracking

 

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier's website. If you have any issues tracking your shipment after 24 hours, please contact us.

 

4. Delivery & Installation of Large Appliances

 

Given the nature of our products (Fridges, Washing Machines, TVs, etc.), please note the following:

  • Recipient Availability: The recipient must be available at the provided address to receive and sign for the delivery. Our courier will call you [30-60] minutes before arrival.

  • Delivery to Door: Delivery is typically to the address's main entrance or ground floor. If delivery to an upper floor is required, please arrange this in advance with our team.

  • Installation: Basic installation (e.g., placing the unit, plugging it in, connecting a washing machine to a simple tap) is often included Free of Charge within Nairobi. Complex installations (e.g., TV wall mounting, professional plumbing) may incur a separate fee. Please confirm details before purchase.

 

5. Damages, Loss, or Missing Items

 

Brandcart.co.ke is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we guarantee that all items leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

  • Inspection upon Arrival: Crucially, please inspect your large appliance before the courier leaves. If the item is visibly damaged (dents, cracks, or broken packaging):

    1. Do not accept the item.

    2. Note the damage on the courier's delivery slip.

    3. Contact Brandcart.co.ke immediately at254751547547 or sales@brandcart.co.ke so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.

  • Lost Shipment: If your shipment tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a formal inquiry with the courier.

 

6. Payment on Delivery (COD)

 

For certain zones (primarily Nairobi), we offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Requirement: Payment must be made in full to the courier/delivery agent before the appliance is fully offloaded and handed over.

  • Payment Methods: Cash, or M-Pesa Till/Paybill will be accepted upon delivery. Please ensure the funds are ready.
